After the company decided to produce aluminum sheet, strip, and foil, Meng Qingfu led his R&D team to meticulously develop a production process for over two months, achieving a flatness of less than 15 IRI (Infrared Recognition Index), more than three times the accuracy of competitors. Having tasted the sweetness of new product development, Linghang continued its efforts, developing aluminum sheet just 0.006mm thick, with an accuracy of ±0.001mm, quickly gaining an industry lead. Simultaneously, Meng Qingfu and his technical staff continuously innovated and, after repeated testing, developed an extremely lightweight aluminum veneer suitable for use in high-speed rail, airports, and modern high-rise buildings. With a recycling rate of over 85% after smelting, it generates nearly 200 million yuan in additional annual profits for the company.
